DR. victor d. toney scholarship
This annual scholarship has been set up through a special fund from Dr. Mary Toney in honor of her husband and ministry founder Dr. Victor Toney. This Scholarship provides for one-half scholarship or two quarter-scholarships annually. Scholarship recipients are still responsible for registration and book fees, and all standard registration fee rules apply.
REGISTRATION FEES : $275.00
All registration fees are due prior to the time of orientation and are non-refundable. Registration cost is included in total tuition cost.

HOW OUR SCHOLARSHIPS WORK
Victor College scholarships are available through online application only and are reviewed by a panel of leaders to determine each recipient. Along with financial needs, scholarship reviewers also consider the applicant's engagement in ministry, a background of service in the local church, and commitment to their own personal spiritual growth. On occasion, scholarships are awarded as a result of outstanding service or by invitation. All scholarship applications are due no later than July 1, 2024. Award letters will be sent by August 1, 2024.

EDWARD L. KWAST SCHOLARSHIP
This annual scholarship has been set up through a special fund by the Kwast family in honor of Edward Kwast’s passion for the message of the life-changing Gospel. This scholarship provides half tuition annually towards VC tuition. Scholarship recipients are still responsible for registration and book fees, and all standard registration fee rules apply.
